I was bloghopping and landed on my dear klarinutz juniors' blog. (yes I still dont have the mood to do homework but I really have to start after this post) So let me just dedicate this post to all of you guys before I go on a short mini hiatus.
The test really let me realise ALL OF YOU CAN PLAY SO FRIGGING WELL YOU KNOW THAT?! Haha, and I am so so so proud of you guys :) BUT we seniors cant always be there, so before it's too late, we really hope all of you can play rlly well and even better than us. We know how it feels like to play alone, to depend on your seniors and all that, and that is why we cant let you do the same.
I know we are getting a lot stricter nowadays, but we still love you guys and yes we believe in all of you, from the bottom of our hearts. No one is ever lousy in nutz, no one, ever is lousy I repeat that and I can say it over and over again for a million times. Being able to play the clarinet is really rare, cause its not something whereby you throw to anyone and they can blow music out of it, but you guys can, and you guys are able to do that well. You dont need that special talent to run the notes, to play high notes like you're flying, but you need that drive, passion, practice and love for clarinets.
I'm not just saying for the sake of saying something here, or encouraging you guys for no reason, but I can see the improvements and the potential in everyone of you. Jiayou Klarinutz :) !
And yes i (L) my year 3 klarinutz as well because I am glad to work with people I know who cares a lot :)

And, my favourite:
" Life is a lot like a clarinet.
You've got your ups and your downs, highs and lows.
There are the seemingly meaningless days of the throat tones between F and B flat.
There are the high notes of days full of worthwhile risks.
Then there are squeaks where everything seems to fall apart in your face.
There are stunning crescendos and monotonous mezzo pianos.
Major, good days; minor, bad days. A complex system of keys and holes to cover.
So many choices due to alternate fingerings; some are better than others.
The soft, calm days of the chalumeau register.
Some days you're in tune, some days you sound like a dead goose.
Yes, life is like a clarinet.
It'll always turn out right in the end, just like the beautiful final note in a Carnegie Hall solo. "
